As the name DRYVac™ hints, our vacuum compressors don’t use troublesome seal fluid. They are dry instead, completely dry! 21st century engineering replaces seal fluid with high-tech, Teflon coated, single and variable pitched rotors that never touch. This means longer life and fewer maintenance problems. And, since there is no liquid for the compressor to move, it also means an automatic 30% horsepower reduction. You can count on a 30% savings in electric costs with DRYVac™ . Plus, no seal fluid. No seal fluid separator, heat exchanger, pump, level or temperature controls. Simply simpler!

And, there’s more. Every other part of the DRYVac™ system has been optimized to make it simpler and more efficient too. The absorber tower distributor is engineered to assure better contact. The vacuum compressors, already 30% smaller, are driven by induction duty motors controlled by VFDs to reduce energy another 30-50%, depending on your loading profile. The return pump is VFD controlled to reduce energy even more!

Then there’s the ESP™ operating software. It optimizes operations using more dedicated PID loops. Each loop is controlled by real-time inputs from instruments measuring the critical temperatures, pressures, flows, and hydrocarbon concentrations. No other vapor control system comes close! DRYVac™ is literally smarter and more reliable. But we didn’t stop there! We optimized the system with our new and better FlowMax™ carbon. This specialty carbon is harder. It doesn’t dust like the granulated types. It is also 30% more dense, so you get 30% more carbon per cubic foot. More carbon means more adsorption and more operating “cushion”.
